you receive it, it’s ready for your pet. Most refurbished products have been
barely out of the package and only have some minor cosmetic imperfections,
usually light wear, or scratching.

Who
refurbishes your products?
Each and every Walkin’ Pet
refurbished product is carefully inspected by hand and tested before it is
transformed to like new condition. Once the product passes inspection, it is
given the Walkin’ Pets stamp of approval and repackaged before it reaches its
final destination, your home.
What can I expect from a refurbished product?
Every product is carefully
inspected, cleaned, and repackaged so that when you receive it, it’s ready for
your pet. Most refurbished products have been barely out of the box and only
have some minor cosmetic imperfections, usually light wear or scratching.
What’s in the box?
All Walkin’ Pets
refurbished products ship with everything your dog needs, all refurbished
products have been inspected, tested to look and work like new. Before being
listed for sale, each product is cleaned and refurbished to like-new condition
and include new manuals, accessories, and soft goods.
Do refurbished items come with accessories and manuals?
Yes. Items include new
packaging with original or new accessories and manuals.
What do I do if it doesn’t fit my dog?
We understand that every
dog is unique, and we want to help get them back on their feet! If the product
you purchase is too big or too small for your pet, we will happily help you
exchange it for the correct size. Simply contact us through eBay messages and
we’ll guide you through the exchange process.
***Pre-Owned/Used Products: There are no returns
accepted. All sales are final.
Please write the RMA# on the outside of the package for internal tracking purposes.  Is the product too small, too large or you need something a little different?

Non Wheelchair Return:
We want to make sure your shopping experience is excellent and are glad to give full credit (less shipping cost) for products returned that are in like new, resell-able condition, with the exception of the Walkin’ Wheels dog wheelchair which has some special conditions.  We will offer you a full refund under these conditions:
Full Refund – Like New – To Qualify for a full refund, try garments on your pet over a tee shirt. Try boots on over a sock. Products that qualify for a full refund are ones that were tried on once, over a sock or tee shirt, didn’t fit, were repackaged and returned in 30 days.
There is no hair, fur, dirt, soil, or smell on the product.
The product is in its original packaging, folded as delivered. If you carefully removed staples to open the package, DO NOT re-staple it. We will take care of that.
Partial Refund – Cleanable. The product was tried on once, but a tee shirt or sock was not used and there are a few hairs on it. If we feel that we can restore the product to “new” by cleaning it, you will be charged a 20-50% restocking charge depending on the amount of cleaning & repacking necessary.
Partial Refund – Discountable. The product was tried on once and was slightly soiled or scratched. It is still in good condition, but is no longer new. If your return cannot be brought to ‘new condition’ we will offer you a refund and re-sell the product as used at a discount. The refund is usually between 20% and 75%.
No Refund – Open packages of diapers and any items that have been soiled are not returnable. The SleePee Time Bed cannot be used prior to return and must be received in new condition in order to get a refund.
Your Options – If you send a product back to us, you may specify that the product be returned to you if a refund is not available. You will be asked to pay shipping. If you decide to refuse the package, we will need to charge you for the return shipping.
Wheelchair Return:
It is our intention that every Walkin’ Wheels user be happy with their wheelchair. If you experience problems, please call us. Often we can help with a simple adjustment. If you feel the wheelchair is not for you, we can issue a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please note that wheelchairs returned without a return authorization number will not receive credit.
RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you try the wheelchair and it does not work for your pet because of the design or fit, call us within 30 days from the day the wheelchair is delivered to you. If we can’t correct it, we will issue you a return materials authorization and refund you up to 80% of the wheelchair’s cost (less shipping). If refurbishing is needed due to scratches or wear, this will reduce your refund.
For reasons of hygiene
, once the following items are opened, they will be considered “used” and this will reduce your refund: front harness, leg rings, stirrups, and belly belt.
RETURNED UNOPENED WITHIN 30 DAYS: If you return the wheelchair to us, unopened, with a Return Materials Authorization we will refund 95% of the cost of the entire wheelchair, less shipping charges.
REFUSED DELIVERY: Please do not refuse delivery as we do get charged for this. If you refuse delivery, you will be refunded 90%, plus the shipping charges for the return of your product.
The restocking charge covers some of our costs associated with making the product ready to be used on another dog. Like any business, we either have to cover our costs with a restocking charge or by increasing the price of the product — which wouldn’t be fair.
