Kalamazoo KG-2 Solid Body Dual Pickup Electric Guitar
This is a 60’s instrument, made by Gibson as a more economical alternative to their main line of instruments. The selector switch for the pickups is totally open, so there was not an easy way to test every thing else. So I lifted the pick guard to show that the electronics are un molested, and look good. The neck is straight, the tuners are right, the silver is an over spray. The neck pocket, and body cavity are sprayed silver as well, so the original color is not evident to me. It is begging for a restoration, accept for the switch, it is intact. It weighs 7.4 Lbs. The body is 16 3/4 inches tall, and11 1/2 wide. 39 1/4 over all.
