SHIPPING PROMISE:
We promise to ship your item within 24 hours of receipt of a cleared payment for items in which payment is received on Sunday through Thursday. For items in which payment is received on a Friday or Saturday, shipment will be on Monday, if Monday is a holiday these items will be shipped on Tuesday. (Due to the ever-increasing price of fuel, we can no longer ship items on weekends or holidays, the Post Office is too far away to make this feasible).
Please remember that there may be times when it is not possible to ship an item with 24 hours, for these rare situations, we will notify you via E-bay message.

RETURN POLICY:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or is not as described or pictured in the auction listing, please contact us via E-bay message immediately upon item arrival and return the item to us within 30 days. Return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to inspect the item prior to shipping a replacement item or issuing a refund. If the results of our inspection of the item are favorable we will send you a replacement item identical to the auction listing for the item you purchased. If no replacement item is available and the results of our inspection of the item are favorable, we will issue a refund for the initial cost of the item and initial shipping charges. In the event our inspection of the item reveals damage or other misuse not normally caused by routine handling during shipping, we reserve the right to refuse to replace the item or grant a refund.
