This is vintage
(Ca. 1960s) Brown & Sharpe No. 540 6” precision machinists’ square.
It shows use, and the handle is etched with
the name of a previous owner, but, it is solid – no nicks or distortions.
This is a great addition to your metalworking
tool box.
