ADEQID® 8.5 mm Mini Microchip
The ADEQID Mini Microchip has a 15 gauged needle, making it easier to use on smaller animals. ADEQID microchips are registered in ICAR (International Committee for Animal Recording) and have a unique manufacturer code. They run on 134.2 kHz frequency and comply with ISO Standard 11784 and 11785.
Made with a Clickn’Lock plunger mechanism feature. When fully depressed you will hear an audible “click” so you know the microchip has been successfully implanted. The plunger will lock to prevent the microchip from being retracted from the animals tissue when removing the needle.
These syringes have several innovative features. Such as barrel vents that prevent air from being injected into animals tissue, making it easier to implant. Drop Guard™ locks on the needle are at the base to prevent microchips from being unintentionally deployed. Bayonet needle connectors are present for quick waste disposal.
A valid veterinarian prescription is required to purchase hypodermic needles and syringes in the states of Connecticut, Delaware, Florida (Broward and Miami-Dade counties ONLY), Illinois, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey and New York. California residents may only purchase needles when also purchasing an injectable product, or have a purchase history of injectable products.

Local trade or government guidelines must govern the use of implanted microchips in food producing species as in some situations their use may not be permitted. Other Mammals If the adult length is > 17 cm from the backbone to the shoulder blade-subcutaneously at the base of the left ear. If <17cm-subcutaneously between the shoulder blades.
