RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We Accept Return or Exchange Under Following Conditions
Received a defected / damaged or different from what has been ordered
If the item arrives at your address and it shows visible damage or defective as the carrier is delivering it to you, please refuse delivery so it will be returned to sender and contact us immediately.
To qualify for a refund, the product must be “UNOPENED” in original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery.
There is absolutely no returns for any  “COSMETIC” Items.
Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
If your product arrives and has a defect, it will have warranty from day one.  If you do not wish to participate with warranty, you may ship back to us (within 14 days of receipt) at your expense for another product (This is only valid for the first 14 days).  Once the product is received back (and verified to be undamaged, complete, and defective) another will be shipped to you at our expense.  There are no cancellations or refunds of “non defective” orders once placed.
Any reason of custom measurement, color differences,
personal judgment or buyer remorse will not be accepted for return.
Items would be thoroughly inspected after return item arrives.
ITEM MUST BE RETURNED BACK WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN
UN-TAMPERED AND UNALTERED CONDITION OR YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO eBay.
A full refund will be issued if the inspector agrees that the problem is
caused by our fault (factory defective, damaged during delivery, etc.)
Return shipping reimbursement will be provided if the return caused by our fault within 5 – 10 working days.
If the inspection shows the
problem is caused by user fault, 20% of restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
The original shipping charges will be deducted from refund if the return is caused by buyer’s fault.
Purchased by mistakes of size, color, changed mind or any reason of all that’s not our responsibility
